Laura Turner was a seventh form student at Rangitoto College and attended North Shore Baptist Reformed Church in Auckland (now Shore Baptist Church). She was on the camp and wrote a report for Grace & Truth Youth, a pull-out supplement for young people published in Grace & Truth Magazine.
