Friday was our first full day on Camp, and what a day it was!

Stephen Turner spoke to us from James 1 and focussed on the need for perseverance in the Christian life.

After a wild night of stormy weather we were thankful to observe the skies clearing - our activities at Sonshine Ranch would go ahead despite earlier warnings of a probable cancellation. Yipee... what a terrific time we had!

The video was a good supplement to the morning's message as it looked at the theme of persecution. A helpful discussion followed, and we went to bed having enjoyed a day with excellent food, good exercise and thought-provoking teaching.
